Our Cancellation Policy.
Your appointment time is set aside to give you our complete attention. We understand that you may need to change or cancel an appointment and ask that you notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the time to another client who may be waiting.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of all scheduled service(s). “No Shows” will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee for all scheduled service(s). Some services, such as special event packages, may require earlier cancellation and will be advised at the time of contract.
